We went to the hotel and the hotel manager said that the rrom was not available we didn't get the room so now i want my money back please refund. According to this we didn't get room. We went yesterday to check in the hotel manager said the room is not available. So can you please refund the money

Worst hotel experience, plus I was charged 400 on top of my already paid amount while booking. No facility as mentioned, Worst 👎

I had booked for a room on 'makemytrip. Com' before going to the hotel. When i showed the booking details, the reception guy checked the details and then said they are not taking orders through makemytrip now. I had raised my voice and escalated. Then only they gave me a room. But the room was terrible. Toilet windows were fully open like if somebody had broken it on purpose. The room had a bed which was okay.

Bed is horrible. You get back pain very easily. Your back will arc when you lie. I went there morning after booking thru makemytrip. Unfortunately i didn't notice the check in time. It was 12pm. My plan was to leave next day early morning. So i asked whether to accommodate early. The hindiwala receptionist denied. So i was forced to pay extra 500 for early check in. If i straight away go and ask for room they won't give single room. So it's their game.

The room was incredibly small, and the bed was unlike any i've seen in a lodge before. It was the worst experience; the room was not cleaned. Please avoid.
