He takes 500 rupees extra for early check in it's too much why because total room cost is 750 rupees so it's not good

1. Absolutely pathetic hospitality, rather the hospitality itself was missing. 2. Basic amenities like, water, towel, shop was missing. 3. Dirty linen. 4. You have to help yourself with everything. 5. It felt like, the staff is hosting you for free. 6. The shower was one plant nozzle sprayer. One is required to have his hand, feet, face, body in separate places under the shower to get wet, might sound funny, but it was cringe. 7. Paid 1100 via make my trip & additional 800 directly at hotel for 4 hours of early check-in, the reasons for such high charge being totally vague & untrue.

First of all the reception person is not nice and he doesn’t know how to treat customers. He simply asked for 500 extra for additional person without checking the reservation though the room was booked for 2 persons. The room was terrible full of smell with cockroaches and bed bugs. Not suitable for family. Pay some 500rs extra and find some good hotel nearby, the location is good though with lot of restaurants.

The place was ok. But for family it is not suitable. From reception to room every where smoke smell and it is intolerant. The receptionist is friendly and not ready to give extra 10 to 15 minutes extra time during checkout. Also early checkin not available

They don't agree to prices during checkin they make you wait and ask for more money for a checkin which I had a terrible time with the hotel.

While booking paid extra for breakfast. But from hotel reception informed there's no breakfast for me. Lost the money. Room not clean. Room contain lots of cockroaches also.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

I would not recommend this property as when i reached at 8pm at the time of check in the manager informed of not acceptance of booking and cancel-led the booking. But it escalation team of make my trip come in to action and provided me the other property. So now onward s at-least i am not going to select this collection o 5898 checkin regency in bangalore hotel. Worst professional thing.

We have not stayed as renovation was going on, i was allergic to painting smell so fall sick and had severe breathing issues, took another hotel. Manger is very rude. We need refund of our money. I told him that i am allergic to painting and damp smell, he was making fun of mine. Very bad experience.

It's a budget hotel and there is no designated parking for 4 wheeler. Hotel does have bigger rooms but not listed in mmt at a similar fare price.

No ac working, no good service, water flow sometimes off and then only hot water flowing, also we had to pay rs 500 more than the advance paid to mm t, who will return this extra amount paid
