Location is good. But no hot water. No drinking water. Room is ok. Staff is good. Not friendly but ok.

The amenities like lift, hot and cold water, the breakfast and lunch. All were unavailable but these were very proudly mentioned in the app to attract booking. There was no one to help you with the luggage to your room as the lift was not working.

The amenities like lift, breakfast and lunch, hot water were not available. But is very proudly mentioned in this app. There is no intercom for calling staff in case you need help with something. All together for me it's been one of the worst stays of all time. And that too costing around 1100 per day for a single person.

No hot water geyser facility. The hotel person gave immersion rod. No wifi facility. Cable TV was not working as the account was not recharged. Approach road was kachcha. Room was clean but fan was making noise. Overall a pathetic experience.

Nothing like picture. No ac. Building built in 1990s and never renovated. Ac looks like 10 years old and definitely not working for 10 years. Room isn’t like anywhere close to pictures. Room stinks, torn table chair. Rusted chair. No hot water. Tv doesn’t work.

firstly,in the ticket, it was clearly mentioned that free breakfast lunch and dinner. the person,who was in incharge, denied to have such offer by saying" we are tied with oyo not with mmt. hence we are not responsible for any such commitment. "secondly, ac, geyser was not working. when we complained about it, the same person told us that what you supposed to get. is this the way to answer to customers. and lastly, the basic which every small hotels provide, water bottle that also he didn't provide.
