One of the cleanest hotels, that i have ever been to. Situated in a residential area. Great restaurant. One problem: except the costliest rooms facing the road, the other rooms do not have a window to look out! they are whited out- they have pasted a white sticker on the wondows!

The rooms are clean the restrooms were stinky half the time the staffs were customer friendly and overall a good stay experience

There was no power in the room for almost 30 minutes just after our arrival, they took time to resolve the issue and since be we were exhausted because of the whole day long travel, we requested them to change the room but they didn’t agree to that and made us wait inside the room without power for 30 minutes from our time of arrival

Very clean and neat rooms, well connected to main attractions and close to lalbagh. Only the garden view rooms have a window to the outside. Other rooms have absolutely zero view, not even a wall! the restaurant is good.

Peaceful and calm hotel located near major attractions in bangalore. Breakfast was good. However, a few things need improving. The air-conditioning was below average. We asked for a second key card, but it was refused.

I booked executive room which i didn't like. It had no natural light. So upgraded to garden view room which was excellent. It had a big nice balcony overlooking the road. Nice restaurant and excellent people managing the property.

The stay was comfortable, location being central, easy to travel either side of town. Service and amenities being good. Parking on main road as basement parking is a limited option. The hotel has veg and non veg food options and hence die hard vegetarians may not be comfortable. Also network connectivity is poor inside the rooms. Another big surprise was the policy of no visitor guest being allowed in rooms. I had to opt for cancellation of stay if the hotel management insisted with the same. I had booked a room for 3 nights. After consulting with their property manager the team obliged. Overall a good rating 3/5

The location is ideal for any average business purpose. The property is meticulously kept and cared. Minimalism coupled with quality is certainly mutually beneficial. The shallow pond in the corridor needs a raised protection. Food again is good for a business stay. Quick and tasty. Overall good experience at this very reasonable price. Thanks make my trip.

Excellent location, most of the tourist spots are nearby. Clean bathroom, clean towels, big specious bed room, wide bed, wide seating are inside room, extra bed provided as separate single bed which was very comfortable.

The stay was extremely nice. The rooms are kept very clean and neat. The hotel is aesthetically done. The food was great. The service was prompt. The front office desk was very helpful. Special thanks to mr. Kiran kumar, afo manager, temple tree who was always ready to help.
