Terrible Stay

The room and stay was good. Food is above average, but there is no staff available for luggage and room service. Asked for water bottles from room and it didn’t get delivered, during checkout there was no staff to pick the luggage

Good and clean neat rooms, perfect breakfast and dinner and value for money. Easy to check in and check out. Nice front office people. Safety is fine there. Awesome hotel for that price and it's good service in the restaurant.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The best part is this hotel is near to the whitefield main road, hence easily accessible. The food is good, and the staff is courteous.

Bad in room service with decent room quality and stay. Washroom is too small

Ordered food at 10pm and around 11:45 when i asked for the status of my order then they told they didn't punch my order and the restaurant is closed. They denied to provide food while it was their mistake to not to punch it on their system. After a long argument they served a thali which was ordered from outside of their restaurant and the food was not at all good in taste.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Pool was good and neatly maintained. The buffet breakfast was good with a variety of options, but the dinner buffet could have been better. The ambience was different and good.

We had a great stay. The service, especially by the recdptionists ms. Reena and mr. Manaf was superb. Strongly recommend this hotel. Food, room service everything was totally awesome. I whitefield, near the town. Theon house restaurantby h oi pan-jab too is good.
