Nice room and restaurant and nice hospitality about peoples only problem i faced is the bathroom facility are littilebit problem ontherhand bed and rooms are good, checkin and checkout are very smooth and i dont face any another issues

The hotel ambience was good, sercvice was excellant, food was also good, area was good decent locality, only the problem i faced is the room booked was not allotted and diff room was given.

I have booked a sky room big room, but they gave a simple deluxe room, no chairs to sit, only the bed is there, after requesting they gave us 2 plastic chairs. Wrong room was given, very poor room service, if you order food they took a long time to supply, no plates. It is like requesting everything. Only good thing is quite place

The location of the hotel is good. Morning breakfast is good. Not much variety. Amenities are just as per requirement. The additional folding bed's mattress for the third guest will give back pain positively. But room service staff are kind enough to arrange floor bed. The manager is not even aware of this arrangement. Service staff are good and ready help.

Rooms not prepared and post check-in had to be changed as either the door knob wasn't working or the washroom was not functional. The reception people were warm.

Room service was so so. Good and spacious rooms but toiletries were not complete. Front office was responsive. The management seemed to be casual about guests. Due to a marriage party room service was made further reduced. Needs a lot of improvement like dining area, staff, security room service etc.
