Reception, room service was excellent but the balcony view room was very poor and the fowl smell from the kitchen was disturbing. Breakfast was super with great variety.

Overall very comfortable. Wanted to be near mg road and this is a perfect property for that. The staff is extremely helpful. Food is reasonably priced. Excellent breakfast especially with their asian soup bowl section which is a delight and very different from other hotels. Would come back just for the soup.

The stay at park bengaluru was good. Located just off the trinity metro station it is easily accessible. The check-in process was not too fast and difficult to get early check-in. Even the checkout was delayed with all the room checks. Could have been faster. The rooms are nicely designed with posterbeds and it was a joy because unlike the regular hotel beds it was something different. The rooms were quite small and bathrooms too are small. The fittings need upgradation as they look outdated. But the water pressure and showers everything worked pretty good. For a short stay in mg road for what they charge it's absolutely worth staying here.

The room blankets was not cleaned properly it had stains and dirt in it and the washroom closet was also not cleaned properly and found used hair comb in the washroom.
