Smoking smell

Room was stinking with cigarette smell. Bed sheet are not fresh. Pillow covers and covering blanket seems used many times and not properly washed

Needs lot of improvement

Rooms are badly maintained. Leaking taps. Dirty curtains. Dirty towels. Not a friendly staff. The basic amenities are not provided with the room like towels and water bottles. We need to call them for everything.

The staff over the counter allowed us to check in, only after our temperature check and hand sanitization. Our stay was nice, as rooms were clean and spacious. Staff is helpful. Only thing is that you have to order your breakfast from outside, and they will serve you. Not much options available. You may have to ask them for starting hot water and ac. But, service is prompt.

Well The microwave and tv were not working properly in my room, but that did not upset me because I did not really require their use. Leave that aside The room and bathroom were clean and hygienic and The Hotel staff were pretty amicable.
