The hotel rooms are in high need of maintenance, room walls are damaged of water and bathroom is also not so good

Room not good. Intercom, tv doesn't work. Staff not responsive. Took about 4 hours and multiple reminders to get 1 bottle of water and the tv working.

No proper bath accessories kept in bathroom, we have request for dental care kit, for 2 guest only one towel was provided again i have to request them in 307 room wardrobe was full of paper bags and shoe box

The room is so dirty. Nothing was functioning well. The TV ,AC were not at all working. On complaint three technicians came to make these things all right but ended in vain. In bath room hot water tap was so loose and came to my hand when it was operating. Please do not recommend such unhygienic. They do not know even how to behave at customers.
