Good and descent stay in a prime location, friendly staff and well behaved, only challenge will be for parking as weekends get crowded due to the prime area of restaurants and clubs. Basic amenities provided and the room is spacious. 1 km walk to forum mall

Worst service

No towels, after asking staff saying that hasn’t come from laundry. Amnesties are supplied upon request only (shaving kit, dental kit, comb, etc. Body gel and shampoo is same when asked for it, as staff replied. Not sure, why this behaviour this time.

Though the room is spacious and well lit, the wardrobes are average and are damaged at places. Other amenities are fine.

Good for normal stay

The location was good, the shine board was not visible, so i need to ask a few people. The dining area was awesome.

Horrible locality

We did not stay there, very horrible location, no parking available, no valet parking also available. And road the hotel is located is very narrow, we were not able to park the car temporarily around 3kms for checking in at least. Surrounded by bars, not safe for family stay

Bad breakfast

The breakfast options were not good and not upto the mark. Need more care on this. Need more options on it and spread on the items. Especially bad for vegetarians

not for family stay!!

This hotel is above a pub and surrounded by pubs and as we went to check in on Friday evening, it was too lousy and smelling. The whole street surrounding areas are filled with bars/pubs so Not ideal for family stay, lift was not working and we had to climb 3 floors, even parking is not available as it’s in heavy pub area. Room was congested .. because of above reasons I had to cancel my stay as I was with my 5 year old kid. Hotel was gracious enough to accept my cancellation and refunded me the amount. I would never recommend this for family ppl as it’s not the right area to stay in kormangala ..

Terrible Stay

Breakfast is not at all worth it. First they me is have seen only 2 items in breakfast. Only uttpam and sambar. They refused for everything. No milk for cold coffee, no cheese for cheese omlete. Yesterday tv was not working and morning hair dryer was not working. They asked me to go and use other room dryer. At the time of order from cafe they took 45mins to give the food. They really need to work on these things.

Did not meet expectations

The location was fine, but the room quality was very low than i had expected. Only hot water was coming from the tap, had a hard time bathing. The staff was helpful. But the rooms shown in the image vs in the reality were very different and also according to the price paid.
