Overall stay was good. However, there were few concerns with respect to laundry service which was not up to the expectation. Also i missed a morning meeting since the laundry guys delayed the cloths delivery. Food was good however since my package had dinner included which was a fixed menu the restaurant denied serving a portion of it in room. They made sure that i had to sit in restaurant and then have it there. This was bit unrealistic and absurd since i had to eat my food forcefully at restaurant. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Property is centrally located in the heart of the city and despite being in a traffic area the hotel is unusually quiet. The service was impeccable and the staff was polite

Vivanta is the perfect mid-level hotel for those who are on a quick getaway/staycation. The value for money is high in terms of service, quality of room as well as room service and dining. The breakfast buffet spread can have a little more variety but no complaints in terms of taste and service.

Centrally located and easy to access the eateries and pubs around the area, mg road and brigade road too are situated nearby. The hotel has a great ambience and in my experience i had a comfortable, well equipped, clean and cozy premium room with the view of the pool. All the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were helpful. Thanks to them and the service provided i had a comfortable experience. Food is excellent in taste and in variety. The staff at mynt too were very helpful to arrange for requirements.

Room was nice but it was bear to pub so the music directley enters in to our room that was little bit disturbing. Other than that it was located in main junction easy to aces s many areas
