With family in have stay but not proper clean need pest control, tv not working, no face wash, brush and cong, served normal water, staff is good. Break fast good normal

Room was spacious. Linen were not fresh. Bathroom ill maintained. Flush was too slow. There was no hot water. Hot water kettle was not functioning. Tv was disconnected. There was no drinking water. But the food at the restaurant was extremely delicious. We had evening snacks and dosas for dinner which were amazing. Service at the restaurant was very good. Surroundings of the property not upto the mark. Noisy due to adjacent construction

There is no hot water. Used heater coil and bucket for bath. No setup box, old tv but no use. Old bed covers and pillows

To begin with, the hotel is without any proper maintenance, staff and facilities. I checked in at the hotel and after seeing the room i wanted to immediately check out, but unfortunately, since i booked i was not able to cancel. 1st day: requested the reception staff to clean the washroom to which they said, it will be same after cleaning also. Then went out on my work and when i returned the room was left open. When complained the reception staff apologized and said that the house cleaning might have forgotten. They provide only filtered water and if you want you have to buy a water bottle at 40 rs. 2nd day: after returning from my work found cockroaches on bed and requested the receptionist to change the room and send cleaning staff. Receptionist said there are no housekeeping staff available and cleaning is done only on instructions in the day. After lot of fighting in front of few more customers who came for booking, they changed my room to a slightly better room.

The hotel seems like it's winding up. No proper food to choose from, the room doors wouldn't open with there smart key. Had to keep going to the reception to call the guys to. Open my room every time i went out and returned. Overall awful.

Tha hotel is in very bad condition, very old property, smelly. They have only one room key for room lock and unlock. So if you want to unlock your room then you have to request to the reception to unlock the room. The health focet was leaked.

Dirty and broken washroom.

Very bad experience. Washroom was very dirty. Wall tiles were broken. Room was bad smelly. Almost all rooms were in same condition.
