If we book directly we get good hospitality if we book with booking app we will get very less hospitality why i dont know

Easy check in. The room is clean breakfast is good but the bathroom could be improved. Beds are not that comfortable either.

The room floor, bathroom, and towels were not clean as expected. Ac was not working and nobody attended our request for maintenance.

Room n washroom is good but the service is pathetic. If you ask for water bottles which is necessity that also reaches you after 2 hours after several calls. Every service is likewise. They offered a gym which was pathetic with no equipments and it was in dilapidated condition and used as store which was stinking as some dead place. Big disappointment.

Overall good experience, busy noisy location. Food is average, spacious gym. The room is small but neat and clean.

Checkin experience was not good. Person at the reception kept asking for extra charges even after telling booking is for three adults. Room was not stocked at all with towels and toilet paper. After asking for towels, hotel staff was hesitant to give 1 more extra towel because booking was only for 3 adults.

Overall a great stay, very good hospitality. Full of amenities like a gym & pool on the top floor. Breakfast is too good and tasty with a lot of varieties. Most recommended place.

It was nice stay in zion, room was quite spacious. Housekeeping and room service was prompt and was having good quality of food

For family trips maximum 2 days, this is preferable

Ideal location, neat and spacious rooms. Economical. Worth paying. But if you are going for business trips it is not suitable, because they are not allowing guests to rooms even for business meetings

Room is comfortable and good. Breakfast is good but some continental variety can be added. Staffs are not that smart and they need to be much more attentive

The stay was good. But the facilities they give are a bit old and the tv was not working. They have not recharged the dish tv, also wrong info provided near the telephone to call the reception and room service. I had to find the number from internet and call from my phone. That was too silly and dissatisfying
