Stay was comfortable and the team were supportive and attentive. The hotel management are maintaining the property very well. The complementary breakfast was too good.

The location and stay both are great. Only thing i didn't liked it early checkin charges which is way too high for anyone. Even tough the rooms are empty they won't allow you to checkin and either you pay the charges around 1. 8k and checkin which was top high. Breakfast is superb.

We booked for a single night for 2 adults and 1 kids. We paid for extra bed. Yet we were given a thick mattress on the floor without pillows saying hotel fully booked only this is possible. I have paid full price we expect the promised service which was denied. Breakfast was average. butter, milk, fruits were not refilled. Extremely poor room amenities.

Rooms and amenities are great. Coming to hospitality and behaviour of the staff not so pleasing. Very rude and careless behaviour. It looked like they wanted us to discontinue the stay asap.

Location is good, food is good, services are also ok. The drawback is the net connectivity issue because of which it's difficult to call or receive calls.

Stayed for 2 nights. Nice clean spacious rooms, close to metro. No security at entrance even on one day, fill your own drinking water from corridor, person at reception keeps interruption your movement into the lift, asking your rooms number to check. Only one lift used for all purposes including housekeeping food. So what times can be high

Hygienic and very well maintained. They have some strict set of rules and follow that well. A bit away from the city center but you can avail any mode of transport the inhouse breakfast was really good with multiple options and delicious food

Clean room with good staff and breakfast, needs a work on some amenities like relevant kits to the guests, that were missed post reminder( dental) but rest was a pleasant experience
