The room was clean and room service was just one call away. Awesome. Balcony was super and ac and lights were working and the design of lights was unexpected and gave the feeling of a luxury stay

Great stay in bangalore near hope-farm metro

Excellent stay in bangalore. We selected this place due to the proximity to the metro station. The rooms are extremely spacious, the bed was neat and the free breakfast was worth it. The only down side was that a precious guest may have smoked in the bathroom so as soon as we entered all we got was cigarette smell.

Had water issue in the morning and didn’t get it addressed, and also room was smelling bad seems some one smoked, rest fine with stay, food and parking

Stay was comfortable and the team were supportive and attentive. The hotel management are maintaining the property very well. The complementary breakfast was too good.

The location and stay both are great. Only thing i didn't liked it early checkin charges which is way too high for anyone. Even tough the rooms are empty they won't allow you to checkin and either you pay the charges around 1. 8k and checkin which was top high. Breakfast is superb.

We booked for a single night for 2 adults and 1 kids. We paid for extra bed. Yet we were given a thick mattress on the floor without pillows saying hotel fully booked only this is possible. I have paid full price we expect the promised service which was denied. Breakfast was average. butter, milk, fruits were not refilled. Extremely poor room amenities.

Rooms and amenities are great. Coming to hospitality and behaviour of the staff not so pleasing. Very rude and careless behaviour. It looked like they wanted us to discontinue the stay asap.
