Property location is very good they have parking space, kitchen, and access to the river. Room. Size is good all rooms have very good river view and balcony. Food is also okay but breakfast should have more quality

The property was not in great condition. The staff was very polite, chef was very chatty and had no privacy boundaries and kept on entering our room. He cooked well though, food was great. The wait staff was vey nice though, but the price they are charging for the room is totally not worth it. The room was kinda smelly, we asked for room freshner but never got it. The property is in a very nice location but they not at all maintained.

It was a very welcoming place with good service and neat rooms. The food was so delicious you would spoil your self with extra every time. Now if you are a heavy sleeper then only i would recommend it because the floors are wooden and you can feel the tremors every time someone stepped in the next room. It was the time of christmas parties and we were made to jump by the floor boards at every beat. Management should strengthen the floor wood else it becomes tough to catch sleep with all the shakings. There is river just next to the property and you can have all the time you need by the river.

Newly opened after the landslide. Lack of most of the amenities. Wifi not working, rooms not clean, television not working, very low on staff, limited lunch dinner options. Only good thing is staff is very courteous and polite, and view from room balcony is amazing

Terrible Stay

The hotel lacked basic hygiene, was stinking badly when we arrived. The room and especially bathroom was so confined. I wonder what kind of shrewd business sense inspired someone to make such a hotel in the middle of such natural beauty of it location. Upon complaining the manager refused to acknowledge or refund my money. So i was forced to forgo inr 25000 and move to another hotel close to it in order to save my precious vacation time. Makemytrip was no help either, kept putting me on hold when i called and gave resolution but useless excuses of 'company policy'

The property is just average to stay in, not worth 5-7k. Housekeeping is pathetic, rooms were dirty with loads of mosquitoes and when asked to get rid, they couldn't. I will be fine to stay in this property if they charge 2k for a night.

The location of the hotel, staff, services, maintanence and quality of of stay is very good. The only downside is their dinner buffet menu which is very less in terms of variety. If you are looking for a non veg dinner the one has to order it from ala carte which is astonishing.

The location is good but their rooms were not clean, there’s no source of entertainment, their television doesn’t work properly, hygiene wise kitchen is worst. This is an overpriced property and the pictures which are shown are good but in actual the place is not up to the mark. Food was average. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The location of hotel was given by mm t but has difficulty in finding its exact location. Mmt did n telephone numbers of reception of hotel. The hotel was not known as echor. You may check at its en-trace sign board. There was no sertvice to visitors to welcome & leaving at hotel. Otherwise, it was ok.

1. it was chilling weather but geyser was not working and hot water was supplied in buckets 2. hot water kettle not working 3. room bell not working staff knocked impatiently without waiting for us to open door 4. no hair dryer available 5. Power cut multiple times and generator will work 10 mins later 6. WiFi always down n reconnecting 7. dogs are roaming outside dining area n lobby on 1st floor horrible experience not at all recommended

The property is located near the main road and just beside the river which is great. The room has a good ambience and they provided necessary amenities too like heater and hair dryer (on request. The food is also good and the pricing is decent. However, the service was slow and many items were on the menu were unavailable. The property manager said it was due to a shortage of staff. Besides that, the wifi was slow and not working most of the time so i won’t recommend it for a remote working. But if you are there to enjoy a quiet time in mountains disconnected from work then it’s a pretty good stay.

If you’re coming all the way to tirthan valley, go to jibhi instead. The vibe and culture over there are much better. As far as this property goes, the rooms are in two levels - ground and first. 1. It is impossible to stay in the ground level due to the creaking wood from the level above. 2. Barely any hot water. 3. Food is average to below average. 4. The part of the river that the property is banked on, is also ok ok. Basically, there’s absolutely no reason why anyone would revisit this place. If you’re looking for a great stay, you’ll find better places at the same price range.

Usp - riverview from the balcony. My stay was good at the property by the professional and friendly staff, staff was available to assist with any needs. I highly recommend this hotel looking for fantastic riverview and comfortable stay
