The behaviour of the receptionist and others was just terrible, unprofessional. Hygiene of food is poor. Location is not safe.

It was not good. They didn't even change the bed sheet and pillow cover. After saying they did so. Complimentary breakfast is 2300 rs for a room with poor service and health hygiene is too much. I would not recommend anyone to stay.

The room was ok. But should focus on room cleanliness. Food quality is not good at all. The utensils were not clean. The washroom tabs and shower were not working properly. The water flow was really very slow.

It's good but need to attention on washroom. When i entered wash room it's not proper clean. Breakfast varity is need.

They provided towels and other toiletries and the room was clean. Had to wait for a while but the staff was hospitable.

Hotel was terrible, please don't go with family there. Hotel not so clean, i saw rats running around the room that's really disgusting for a hotel.

Hotel location is near to Bardhaman railway station, easily availability of convence all the times and quick online food service is awesome. Staff behaviour is decent. Overall pleasant stay.

One room was clean, the other one was dirty and full of mosquitoes. The hotel definitely needs a renovation. Best part is the distance from the railway station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even received early check-in without any hassles.
