The staff could have been more courteous, thus bed cover had holes and the washroom was cosmetically cleaned but not really clean. The toilet seat had a paper ribbon wrapped on it but the seat had a hair sticking to it.

Very bad room service and they switch off the air conditioner at night and there is no hand wash and they did not give breakfast, they said the timing is 8:30 AM

The quality and the taste of food at this hotel is great. The rooms are well decorated. The size of the bathrooms could have been better. Staff at the hotel were polite.

Only a marriage hotel

The property has a marriage hall and the rooms are best suited for them and not for someone coming to visit the city for tourism. It has huge loud sounds till the party goes on in the banquets and the sound seeps into the hotel rooms. Also the crowd that comes here is not upto the mark of a 3 star hotel.

Room no 210 washroom suite seat cover was detached for entire stay period and problem of water. Otherwise the hotel has good facilities.

I mean everything was nice during our stay of 21st jun e to 26th jun e 2021. Kitchen receptionist is bit rude or you may say unprofessional. But most important fact is please do ask receipt or bill and sign each voucher every-time you order else they will generate extra bills and you will loose your hard earned money. At the time of checkout i was told to pay 8800 for f&b services when i rechecked there bill there was 3 bills of 1850 which was added twice. So please beware.

Good clean room, food is also good
