Terrible room with an unpleasant smell. The washroom was severely dirty. The exhaust in the washroom wasn't working properly. Had to upgrade the room by paying more than required as the facilities were terrible in the upgraded room as well.

Room fine Nicely planned Clean Location good Transport easy to get
Keep up good work Though breakfast was not provided They are very slow Even after one hour no breakfast

Amazing staff and good service that was my 2nd stay and I was glad to stay in park grand hotel, however I suggest to all my family friends and relatives to visit in this hotel. Foods are too delicious

Location is OK. Parking is available for guest vehicles. Rooms are decent size. Complimentary welcome kit no given. Package drinking water is also not given. Food is good. Standard options available in menu.
