The room was not clean, the washroom door was partially broken, the chair in the room was broken. The chech in and check out staff was not polite and as my check in was late i was allotted a room that was not good or the last left one inspite of the fact that i had informed the hotel staff that my check in would be late and kindly reserve a good room for me

Food was good, room service was good. Bathroom issues should be resolved as water is logging outside washbasin and sliding door gets struck and difficult to close.

The ac system kept shutting down often, there was no wifi etc. The staff was good that is why the rating is 2 and not 1

My stay at ramada barielly was good. I use to stay in radisson before but now after staying with ramada and experience the wonderful food as well as service i hv made up my mind to book in ramada only whenever i am in barielly. The best hotel of barielly definetly.

Overall experience was awesome specially I loved its food item so much they served us in the breakfast, lunch, & dinner some times people think that hotel food will not be good and there are few places like this but whenever I went bareilly I stayed here because of the food taste, environment, cleanliness and polite and loving behavior of all the staff members here.Thank You All Of You..🙏🏻♥️

I had an excellent stay at the ramada hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and accommodating any requests with a smile. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to key attractions, and offered easy access to public transport. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, with both hot and cold options. I also enjoyed the pool and fitness facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and i would highly recommend the ramada hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The stay was good. However the rooms of ramada bareilly are smaller in comparison to other ramada locations. I had asked for single bed rather than twin bed at the time of check in as i had my kid along with me but it was denied to me. Food was good and services were slow. I had to call on reception multiple times to get even small stuff.

Very new and modern hotel. Rooms are very nice and functional. Parking is on open ground next door. Breakfast was the best!

Rooms too small for triple occupancy

We booked a triple occupancy however there were no arrangements made to support that. In terms of towels, tea tray and the rooms were too small to accommodate a triple occupancy.
