Arrogant and pathetic staff

The property stay was good but the staff there in the hotel is not at all cooperative and neither polite. It’s the basic ethic in a hotel chain that the staff there should talk with the customer politely and treat them patiently so there must be a courtesy while talking to the guest which was all the way missing.

Old property not maintained properly. Mall is just for name nothing inside. Hotel rooms cleanliness is not up to mark. Even old furniture i think they need to replace. Food standard not good. Overall not memorable stay there. We checkout within a few hours just because hotel not up to level

Hotel was ok. The executive room is quite small acc to tariff and also the basic stuff was not present in the room such as glasses, mineral water bottles and dental kit. These are the basic things for which i had to call to room service

As fact telling i am fully disappointed about stay in this hotal. Very nominal facilities and very very consisted bathrooms. Not worth full and charged very much for food. Never suggest to any one from my end.
