hospitality was absent no care for customer in rooms there was no information how to contact hotel staff placed orders for naan 🫓 while dinner server that single naan after 1 hour that too after repeated calls it was really bad experience

Stay was alright. There were issues but the staff was willing to correct these issues. One - the bed sheet/quilt was of low quality, had to bring to their notice and they quickly changed it to better, cleaner & crisp sheets. Two - the check in took longer than expected. Three - food was average. But the staff was really courteous to make the suggested changes immediately. The view was good. So overall the experience was average to good.

Had a pleasant stay

We got the suite with mountain view and it was very neat and clean with a gorgeous washroom + closet. The view was spectacular. The staff were polite and responsive. The dinner and breakfast buffet were also delicious.

From the security persons to service staff at kavi to front desk staff, every single person at this hotel is committed to high standards of service. My stay was wonderful and effortless. Even before staying at the hotel, i have been a regular at the restaurant kavi which is an ambient and classy place with really good food. Bit distant from the city, yes, but definitely worth the stay just because of the experience. It has been a while since i saw a hotel(i travel multiple states) where every staff was genuinely happy to see a guest. I would say that was the highlight of my stay.

Best hotel on pun-bl highway

One of the great hotels and the location is perfect for a break journey. It offers an amazing view of the highway on one side and the mountain with wind mills on the other side. The buffet breakfast is vast with many options and the highlight is the colorful tea stall. Staff and management are helpful and polite. Great service. I have stayed here 4 times while traveling between pune - bangalore and the stay here has always been relaxing and refreshing.
