Staff can be more proactive and inform the guests if any facilities are not available. Food preference can also checked with guests. The location is perfect. Rooms are spacious

Food very good. Overall room ambience good but the rooms' maintenance is slowly deteriorating if some rooms experience poor a. C. Working, rooms can't be bolted properly from within due to poorly working latching system, room wifi not working, tvs have frequent problem of poor signals are any indication. If the regular customers notice such problems regularly during their visits, the day is not far off when the customers will prefer other better hotels like fern, belgav than patronising your hotel. So please attend all the problems mentioned herein on war footing so that the customers will continue to visit your hotel regularly.

The property was good, clean, nice and cozy, was easy to locate and reach. The staff was well trained and polite. Only early checkin charges was not reasonable. It was way to much high. Otherwise total experience was good.

Bookings ends up in getting the worst rooms and the case was same here too. I have stayed in the same hotel earlier too. But booking was not a good experience as the room alloyed was below par. Never to book hotel again. Poor ratings for the hotel also.
