Hotel was super clean and the staffs were very helpful. They supported me for booking cab. They are providing all kind of luxury facilities. This hotel is highly recommended for business stays also. I am pleased and highly happy. It is recommended for everyone

Though the location was convenient for me, the upkeep of the property is poor. Suffers from lack of cleanliness. The bathrooms lacks ventilation within the area. Did not try food, no comment. No other amenities & services are available. Even the in room tv does not have service for good channels.

Extremely poor experience during check in and check out. Plaster on the room walls had come out. Breakfast was quite average.

Property is good but poor maintenance. Everything provided only after we requested. For ex: shower cap, hair dryer etc.

Totally dissatisfied. Waste of money. We booked for two but they kept one towel, one dental kit. Nobody assisted for taking our luggage nor to show the room. Room is not well maintained. It’s dirty. Approach of hotel staff with customer is not good.

The booking process was hasselfree. The hotel, location all were good. We had a change in our travel plans and needed to amend the hotel dates. I called the customer care of make my trip, the executive mr. Gaurav was so helpful. He changes the dated while i was on the call with him. Immediately he sent me the email with amended dates. I would say mm t has improved a lot.

Everything was good. Apart from every other day when you come back in the evening the room key won't work and again you have go back to the lobby and get it fixed or charged the card. Which was very annoying

There were no towels and when i had asked for 3 ppl room they didn't give me extra bed untill i called them 11 pm at night
