This hotel has a rat problem. Ambiance is fine, breakfast is good, rooms looked good. But major rat problem. 1st i spotted a rat while entering in the lift right after check in i called the resp guy asked him to chase it out & 2nd incident inside the room my finger was bitten by a rat while i was asleep, got up immdiatly and checked and called the manager when we searched we found rat poop right under the bed.

Hotel is good, even the food are also tasty, staff members are very helpful and co-operative, the only problem i find is they should change their floor cleaner, because as soon as they open the room an strong phenyl smells comes, mostly used in hospitals. And it stays all throughout your stay.

Short stay of two days for a business trip. Location is right on the road from anantapur to bellary on the outskirts of the city. If you are planning to walk out for stroll this is isolated location esp at night. Avoid and stay in the city. However this still appears to be the best option in the city though if you have work in the city. Food is oik- however on the spicy side of things rooms are quite spacious and nice. Service is a mixed bag - good intent seems to be there. Electricity supply gets disconnected frequently but no disruptions beyond few minutes each time so that is ok. Except for the part of being on outskirts of the town - this is the best option in ballari

Location, food and calm space. This is big property, lot of car parking space. Hotel and restaurant staff to be more professional

Location : middle of no where! Stay: Linen seems to be not washed for long time, had to change room since fan wasnt working, you need to be friends with mosquitoes, had asked for extra bed in advance, got a mattress which had to be put on floor! Food : just manageable must say that it was a terrible experience! Will not recommend for family stay.

It wasn't worth for the money i paid, rooms are not well maintained, ac issues, fan issue, bathroom door wasn't closing, toilets weren't cleaned properly

One of the best service that i have ever experienced. Clean and hygienic environment. I prefer every one to stay in this hotel. Who thinks to stay in bellary very very good and very much hygienic.

The hotel is good , and the room which we got was very nice . We were 3 adults and one kid , so I was in the impression I have to take extra bed but the hotel provided us a room which had an extra single bed cum cot inside the same room . The single cot was also having a seperate small room within the same room … so this made our stay much more peaceful

Hotel is fine with ample amount of parking space, rooms are spacious, bathroom is okayish. It would be better if it was cleaned properly. There are issues with hot water and mosquitoes though. Food is just okay with very limited quantities available. Service is again okay which could have been better.

Hotel badly needs a renovation. Staff are not upto the mark. They don't understand the local language and are not plea-sent for the standards i was charged. I was billed 5. 8k for a nights stay and i expect some sort of decency and communication from the staff.

Mosquitoes in the rooms, bathroom was broken, cold water, hair and marks on bedsheets. Breakfast was also poor, but i can eat out but rooms in that condition for the price they charge, opt for some lodge elsewhere you get almost same service.
