The stay was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's vibe was good, close to nature. The surroundings were beautiful, and it felt like a peaceful retreat. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the food at the hotel left much to be desired. The quality and variety of the dishes were disappointing. I hope the hotel management considers improving their food offerings in the future. Despite this minor setback, i would recommend this place to those seeking a relaxing getaway amid-st nature.

Not many options around this hotel. Stay was quite and pleasant. Just opposite to the hotel there is a dam which also offers some water adventure activity

Property when built was good, but now not maintained well. The illumination inside the room is very less. Room service is good but food is average. Campus and surrounding not at all maintained. Very far from chickmagalur. Staff very few. The sweeper is the room attendant, he is also the person who serves food. Every thing. But, overall location and stay is ok.

Worst experience in my life, toilet with broken toilet seats, even no glass for drinking water, no bed tea, reason cook not arrived. Ugly room and toilet.

No one is available at reception at checkin and put time no proper facilities rooms are shabby parking place is not clean beds are way too small they charge for extra bed without providing the cot. Bed will be placed on the ground

Property is very good. Worth for money. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. But maintenance is weak. Needs improvement.

Unclean rooms. Cobwebs everywhere. Do not have proper hygiene. Rooms were not opened for many days, so it was filled with smell all around.

I had booked 3 rooms in this property for two nights for my family hower upon arrival at the hotel, i was extremely disappointed to find that the property was not at all as described. The hotel was poorly maintained and in an unsafe condition, making it completely unsuitable for staying with my family. I decided to checkout within 15 min and asked to cancel this booking and give me refund but hotel refused to give any refund. Please do not book this property as it's not at all maintained and looks abandoned and unsafe to stay with family.

The resort’s location is excellent however it’s not very well maintained. The rooms are dingy and although not very dirty they don’t seem fresh. Parking is not kept well. There is so much that can be done with the place but they have left it as it is for a while with basic cleaning. It felt overpriced because of the room. Food was alright nothing to complain there. Service too was good.

The rooms are okay. You can take your car to the back till the building where your rooms are. The location is good. You will not find that many good stays in the area. This one is better when compared to the available options.

Our stay at mayur yagachi was good. The central location opposite the yagachi dam is excellent. Capture water sport facilities is only 2 km from the property. The following suggestions are to improve the customer delight: 1. Food definitely needs improvement. However, the breakfast was good. 2. More emphasis on cleanliness is required. 3. They should furnish to provide space for keeping suitcases and a table to keep comfortably the essential items of the visitors. 4. The property has lots of space. It will help the property to develop these vacant plot area as lawns and greens. It will add to the value of the property. The property has potential to be counted as a resort!

Over all rooms are small though the property is quite big. They don’t have generators so had to face frequent electricity failures. Also, since not many rooms are there so they cater less guests and therefore has very less number of staff due to which you won’t find propert clean. Lot of dried and leaves and garbage are scattered around. They charges for breakfast but they don’t have a buffet breakfast, it’s just that you can order whatever you want to eat out of the 2-3 options that they have. Overall i would 3 out of 5 because they have a good property at good location next to yagachi dam, so if they improve in certain areas they can do much better.
