Very bad experience at this property. I would not suggest to anyone for this property. Stay at this property is like a nightmare. You can't demand anything here. Whatever they are provided you have to adjust with that only. Most annoying thing is food, you can't ask food of your choice they will serve food of their choice you can't add or subtract anything to that menu, they will charge you like you are in some 5 star hotel. We paid 300 rs for 3 cup of coffe can you imagine. When we argue with them they said this is rate here, and why didn't you ask for price before you took the coffe. They are right we should have ask before we take, but who will imagine 100 rs per cup for coffe. Property manager has lot of attitude he is not ready to listen anything, and most surprising thing is they do not provide room service.

Overall a good stay apart from network issue but nothing as such homely food, staff was pretty good.

Amazing view, nearby water stream running, water volleyball court, music, large rooms, morning view with greenery.

Had a great stay at Sereno resorts. Clean room, good food. But the highlight was the stream next to the property.
