Room not clean. Bed also not clean. I think bedsheets not clean from last 1months. Restaurant staff are good

Worst service ever. No response to repeated requests. Dinner ordered at 10 pm rcvd at 11 pm. Room geyser or hot water flask not working.

The hotel is situated near the high easy to find and they have parking facilities also. Hotel staff are friendly

Room was good, but toilet needs improvement. Foul smell comes out of toilet. 2. Complimentary water bottle wsa given of half letre, which may be increased to two litres.

I had booked one room through makemytrip for my stay on 17th june, 2024 to 28th june, 2024 (for 1 day. My check in time was 12 noon but room was not available at the time of my arrival though my booking was confirmed upon full payment in advance. I kept waiting and room was allotted to me at 2. 30 pm. The room was very dirty, even the bath towel was wet. Bathroom was not clean. The hotel corridors were also dirty and unhygienic. Only two items were available in complementary breakfast and the quality of breakfast items was below standard. Unprofessional persons not having a modicum of etiquette sence are working at the reception.

Use to be a good hotel for this location with this price but presently it's services and rooms are not maintained properly so seems overpriced. Better facilities are available at this price

Friendly cockroaches free

The property is full of friendly cockroaches and highly unhygienic. Hotel charging so high as per the location but dont supply water as complementary. Whereas all other property within state and outside provides. The entire hotel smells cockroach even thier restaurant so i didn't took breakfast even it was included.

The ac remote was not working. The room did not feel safe for me. The room was too dirty. Overall experience was really bad. Worst. I will never ever suggest anyone.

The bedsheet and pillow cases not fresh and the toilet was smelly. Overpriced for this condition.

It is overall average. Rooms need to be properly maintained with upgraded equipment like ac. Mineral water water bottles should be made complimentary. However food, services and maintenance staffs are excellent.

I had stayed at orion in the past too, this is one place which always surprises you, the staff is cordial, the food is nice and its sweet priced. Do stay here and you wont be disappointed. Just the service can be little more smooth, however we know its mostly because of covid where the hotels are running with minimal staffing. Thumbs up to you guys!

Decent stay, good quality food being served on the restaurant. Room cleanliness needs many fold improvements, bathrooms were not good at all, no tissue tools or place to keep them, old bathroom fitments that give you a bad vibe. Lofts are operational from first floor only. It is a nightmare for people with disabilities and not at all handicap friendly.
