They have not provided room as shown in picture, it was in complete construction in the room and no facility like soap n all provided in the washroom plus they have given breakfast very late and that is also puri sabji very oily.

Room was very dirty. Pillow was very dirty. Blanket was torn. Bathroom was not clean. Bad smell in the room. Room should be renovated.

Hotel was okay for stay. It situated inside market near railway station. It will take 5-10 min walk to reach the hotel

Disgusting service and third class room

They give us a third class room instead of an executive room, there was no tv in room, geyser was not working, bed was full of cockroaches when we told to change they said no any other room available, i have trust on make my trip i was never gone through you guys for any kind of services. I have paid approx 2500 for a third class room, there was not any single things that you are showing on your app to book this hotel.

It was a terrible experience staying over there as there was no clean room and the bathroom was found dirty, and even there was no facility of morning tea there.

I have paid for one room for one night. But room was not worth of 500 rupees. Room was like. It was very dirty and smelling. Bed sheet and curtains were never washed. Wash room was so dirty and smelling that you cannot enter there. There was ashes of cigarettes all around. There was not working ac and t. V. There was no room service. Room was so suffocating that i got vomit after entering the room. I had booked two rooms and my whole money got wasted. It was a great torture by and hotel. third class hotel at the rate of star hotels. Living in the hotel was like a nightmare.

The bathroom was big but not in good condition. Jet was not working. Pipe of wash basin was broken. Geyser was not working. Ac was not working over all very bad situation. And very costly 1300(including tax) inr. You can find better in less price. Requested to makemytrip team. Please don't add this kind of hotel. It will be destroyed your reputation

they charged 450 rs for early check-in.water bottles were not given to the guest.there was no water in tap for sometime.
