Without ac in this hot weather bed quality is just hard and dirty water is to hot dirty bathroom. We stay like in a hell

The place was very badly managed with room plaster chipping every where in room, bathroom fittings covered with rust & not working, tv/cable not working due to insufficient account balance, room service taking 1. 5 hours to serve break fast or any meal, swimming pool filled all the time with local persons with no rule of wearing swimming costume in pool, person seen wearing langot in pool. Terrible experience staying there but since we had paid money in advance so had no option but to stay there.

Pros: location is good in natural environment. Cons: no water in tank on first day. Poorly maintained with seepage on walls. Poor unprepared faucets and taps. No hot water for bath. No mosquito mats in mosquito friendly wild life sanctuary area. No regulators on fans. Poorly maintained property.

Pathetic condition of the hotel, they try to fool their guests, by saying that the standard room is delux and delux room is standard, i was their with my family and made the booking for delux room and they said that the delux rooms is not available and after arguing for 15 to 20 mins they said that 1 delux room is available and they showed me both the rooms standard and delux they both were same and again they showed me standard room which was really the delux room and saying that it is standard room, and also not cancel-ling the booking and threatening that you can con book anywhere, the rooms were very pathetic and not is good condition

Unpleasant Stay: Geyser Woes, Power Cut, and Low Water Pressure

I had a disappointing experience at Swaraj Resort in Bharatpur. The geyser in my room wasn't functioning, leaving me without hot water. To add to the inconvenience, there was a prolonged power cut, and the water pressure was unacceptably low. These issues significantly affected my stay and left me dissatisfied with the overall service. The series of inconveniences I faced at Swaraj Resort in Bharatpur made my stay far from enjoyable. The malfunctioning geyser deprived me of a basic necessity—hot water, and the extended power cut only intensified the discomfort. Additionally, the consistently low water pressure made basic tasks like showering and washing a tedious challenge. The staff's response to these issues was lackluster, failing to provide timely solutions or adequate assistance. The overall ambiance of the resort was marred by these shortcomings, leaving me with a regrettable impression of what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. I hope the management addresses these fundamental issues to enhance the experience for future guests.

Property is good. It is a large area and quite clean. Parking is available. The rooms are large. However, the service was poor. We arrived late night and the reception area was completely dark- no lights switched on. In the room, the toilet seat was not cleaned, the bedsheets were dusty and the mats were extremely dusty too. Hot water needs to be switched on by the staff, but we were not informed about this beforehand. We lost a good amount of time trying various switches in the bathroom before they told us that they have to switch it on. The exterior lights from our room to the reception were not switched on at night. Food is average.

This hotel not available of food option and hotel printing very bad showing every where print out but not maintaining and no phone available in rooms if any emergency resepsetion.

Worst staff and property, never seen such a bad behaviour staff. Property is not clean and smelly.
