Excellent experience. Really good staff and beatifull atmosphere. Rooms are very clean. No tantion about security. I recommend to all go fearless. It's awesome.

Firstly there is water issue, water is inconsistent and irregular in toilet also, secondly i have to check out early in the morning for my next destination so i talked to one of their executive and he said in morning no one will be there so i have to put the keys at the room and tell the security guard about my checkout i have done exactly the same but after two hours of that i received call from them asking about my checkout and when i told them that they put elegation of stealing a towellll ! which they never provided in the room, so pathetic service i must say, customers satisfaction and ease of living isn't their aim they just declare any guest as theief, and calling for a towel to customer are what kind of behaviour i don't understand! so pathetic! 0 co operation

Tge room was reasonably good. Clean. Bath room accesaries not mentained properly. From office mr rudra was very helpfull during our stay on 30th jun e 24. We forgot our sling bag with val-let inside and few cards but mr rudra aptly called us and gave back the bag hats off to his ki dness and quick action. Stay was generaly fine.

Average rating due to bathroom/toilet conditions. Rooms are good, spacious, clean, however, their bathrooms are built in a way that the floors are always wet, won't flush easily. The good thing is the food court on the ground floor. Antarim food court is one of the best in the vicinity.

Location is very good, property is also new, room's quality and arrangements are quit good. The hospitality needs to improve.
