It's st prime location. Tasty food. There was no soap at wash basin dispenser. Towel was torn at 04 places. Rest all is okay.

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation. Peeling paint, bathrooms with hard water stains, not too clean sheets/towels. Had to change the room, but even the other one was not quite up to the mark. No fan in room, just the ac. Negatives outnumbered positives. The restaurant was quite good. Dinner was tasty & well priced. Breakfast spread was adequate, service very good. Would we go back? don't think so.

Hotel was very pathetic and checkin was delayed. Rooms were very dirty, would never come again or suggest anyone, i need my refund also back

Room stincts. High prices but low in quality. Like all other hotels they dont keep things like dental kits, shaving kits and all, they will gov only if u call and request for the same. Service level is very low. They dont have much staff. Food quality is very very worst. No much variety.

First of all, i had booked ginger for fitness and gym available but gone through bharuch ginger hotel, gym was not hygiene and even machine's are broken and no one care about repair them.

I had 2 stays in 3 days. 1st stay was very very excellent. So i booked another also in the same hotel but this stay was not good. Stayed room was not feel good & feels like any very small poor hotel. Rest of the main ambience was good.

Ginger is good experience and even the housekeeping was excellent. Food quality is superb even you can get non-veg also. Only lacking is bathroom. It’s specious but looking at other facilities it suppose to be better. Water is hard water which will causes skin irritation sometime. May be all over bharuch water is like that only. But overall it’s a good choice.

When i was allotted room, after4 reaching room, i got to know that door was not closing as it was misaligned. Then i tried to call to reception but phone was not working. Then after sometime. They given new room. Also in new room i found that amul milk powder which was kept to make tea was about to be expired in 02 days. Tea was ruined with that milk. Powder. I mean when you keep product till last day of expiry date, it is next level of cost cutting. At 6. 30 pm they didn't start hallway lights and there was complete darkness in hallway.

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was better than previous stay. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Parking should need to be improved. I would definitely stay there again.

Decent option for bharuch, but not the best

The rooms we were allocated was a big room, but the walls were damped with colors peeling of at some places. Would have expected a brand like ginger to have aesthetic rooms atleast. The bathroom was not very clean, yes it was wiped off and all dry, but the moment you step in you could identify the slippery floors. Toiletries were missing, had to explicit ask for it. Breakfast didn't justify for the price we paid. For 350+ in town like bharuch is too costly and you expect a decent spread there. Surprisingly no gujarati food options available! the elevator makes you feel claustrophobic, it can accommodate max 3 pax without luggage! though it says 5 pax with 350kg limit (70kg per person is too realistic for an indian adult)

Good cleanliness and good quality food with good service from staff. Located in a good amenities but car parking is not good enough. Car parking ground have to be smooth and well maintained

The restaurant staff are been fine enough, but others are terrible, actually i have given my clothes in laundry for wash & i have also asked when i will get back they answered same day evening at the next day evening i asked them just bring my clothes so the staff answer was yours clothes are not been ready yet, they have committed for one day after that also two days have been completed i did not got the clothes washed this kind of worst service they provide.
