Unhygienic rooms, staff are very unsupported, not suitable for family, they are using old used bed sheet

Stay was satisfactory, bathroom shower was very bad, toiletries not satisfactory, no dental or shaving kit, hygiene level in bathroom is average and lenin were also just ok. Location is good, food is good. Breakfast was not complementary.

Food was good, but services mentioned on mm t are not provided properly like there was no mineral water provided them in room. We had to purchase it. Room and bathroom was clean.

The receptionist was very rude. When we checked in the hotel the room floor was sticky so we called the receiptonist and told him to look into the problem but he was very rude bluntly replied that "online wale ko hum yehi room dete hai"then after much arguement for an hour he complied. The experience was very bad. We had previously been to the hotel, one year ago and had a good experience, wonder what happened this time.
