Location is good. Food is average. Service is poor in food court area. Breakfast is many items but not replenished. Tables wobbly too! only one key card given despite two pax staying on the pretext that their system does not support it! with lifts operating with room keys for floor selection, this is a pain. Water pressure in shower area low and heating of water uneven so suddenly it is too hot or too cold. Hand shower placed too high. Towels look old. Electric plug points wob ly too not holding the plugs firmly so cheek that your mobile devices are indeed getting charged.

Had a fantastic stay starting from the reception, the staff were very active, polite and supportive to the guest. Guest can feel secured as the security arrangement within every floor is good. Restaurant is well maintained and food is prepared with good quality. Definitely this hotel can be recommended to our friends and relative for a comfortable stay.

Nice rooms. Interior is really good. Bathroom was clean. Had a pleasant stay at popular hotel. Little expensive but a good choice nice place to stay, timely breakfast, dinner, quick service hot water wifi health club and located in the heart of bhavnagar city.

The room allocation team knew we had booked it with an infant and still we were provided 2 small beds. We were extremely uncomfortable both the days of our stay and very tired. The breakfast was okay, but the chef and staff were kind to take very good egg orders

Location of the hotel is very good. The staff were also very helpful & courteous. Food at the restaurtant is also very good. Rooms are decent size but not very spacious.
