Room is good. Breakfast menue seems bit shorter. Staffs are supportive and gives instant response.

A well maintained hotel with well mannered staff. Good food and service at restaurant. A balanced buffet breakfast. Room cleaned regularly with fresh linen. Quality toiletries. The location of hotel is in a neat and clean area. A good business hotel where u can check in with peace of mind and comfortable stay.

Location was good as it was near to station. Just 10 min drive from station and their was a big mall just 5. Min walking distance which had many restaurants options. Breakfast options are very limited. Rooms are good and hygiene. Bathroom was also good.

It's good, can be better.

Room was decent. Food was okayish. Location is good. Overall property is clean. But there are dirt stains on the sofas and corners. They don't have bed for extra bed. So third person has to sleep on the matress on the floor. Breakfast buffet has limited options and average food.

Actually i want to stay in sarovar portico but when i check price it was high than my expectation so near by hotel i search so i found basil. Hotel price, facilities, rooms are good so i decided to kove in basil when i check in and stay i feel amaze because staff are very kind service i got same like sarovar so decided next time and forever i will book my hotel in basil only.

As property charge 14k per night for suite room but that room size is not enough for suite room as i stay other property there regular room size and charge very less campers to this property it was very poor experience west of money
