Room is dirty. Mattress, bed cover & pillow cover is really bad. Room service is very poor. Washroom is not clean, even bath shower is not available on washroom.

Had a fantastic stay here! the hospitality was excellent, and the restaurants on the top floor served delicious food. The location is also convenient, just about 6 km from iit bhilai.

Worst hotel (hotel nahi dhaba hai ye)

Floret should not be called hotel but a low class dhaba. When we entered, bed sheet was dirty, yellow patches and marks where there. Even by seeing we could say it was not been washed before spread on our room. Room was full of mosquitos. Dirty here and there. Tv was not working. Two smallest possible water bottles were given for the whole night. All electrical switches were damaged or not working. Worst of all, when we complaint to people, they said "oh let me check, let me correct. But it was just a mouth service. I will suggest pp l to not to go there with family or u will cry like we did.
