No ventilation in rooms no wifi rude behaviour and even they charged 800 extra because i checked-in 3 hours perior from the time of checkin

Ac was not working, towels and blanket was dirty and cracked. Bed mattress was very hard and dirty.

Hotels rooms and bathrooms was unclean. Proper cleaning was not done in room. Rooms walls is dirty. Bedsheets is not clean proper, there was spots in bedsheets. Totally i m dissatisfied with this hotel. Please don't book this hotel.
