My stay was so terrible service was too bad they changed my room on ground floor from 1 st floor their room have lights problem they changed my room from super deluxe to normal room due to lights problem

I stayed in the Palm Hotel for 3 nights. Hotel is located in a good, and peaceful location. Rooms are well constructed. Service quality from the reception was poor, and the intercom facility was not functional. Housekeeping, and other maintenance were also poor. The entrance light bulbs were just for show, not for any purpose. Network of the reception desk with the travel and tour was terrible. Therefore, the hotel doesn't deserve.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room and washroom were clean. Good hill view from the balcony. The location is also good. If you opt for breakfast it is available as ala carte. For dinner, you are required to inform by 6/6:30 pm. The food cooked by the chef was good and hygienic. The stay was peaceful. For kids, there were limited facilities. The Garden was there but it was not so clean that kids can play in it. They provide you a mattress if there is an extra guest and no other sofa cum bed or single bed is available. The staff and owner are very polite and helpful. If we asked for anything, they made it available for us. They clean the room and change sheets, towels, etc whenever asked during the stay.
