Please do not stay here. This hotel is totally worst and unsafe. The hotel was famous in whole Bhimtal as Bhootia hotel. No service. No good rooms. No facilities. Nothing nothing nothing. Never ever stay here.
Worst Hotel. Never stay anyone.

An average room.. TV was not working.. Shifted to another room.. No credit/ debit card acceptability.. In a tourist place.. No hot water shower in the bathroom.. Took cold water bath.. It's location little far off.. Room not that clean enough..

A Nice villa

Exceptional location ... Facing the majestic bhim tail lake. Had a good famity time. Food quality is appreciable .. Peaceful stay ... Temperature outside disappointing around 30 degrees yet a pleasant experience.

Yet another below average resort

Location and appearance of the hotel are good. Rooms were average as only basic amenities were provided. Though everything was average level, room service and basic courtesy was way beyond poor. The evening staff lack basic etiquettes and mannerisms to withhold the customer.

Not a value for money, rooms not clean

It was horrible experience never visit, waste of your money. Villas were totally in worse condition, no proper staff. Rooms are not clean and proper. Its was I booked for three days, room were made of cane and mostly opened. Even you also have no proper direct contact to your staff to get instant on the spot help.

Poor Stay

I read the reviews on the Makemytrip site. The location of the hotel as mentioned in the reviews was certainly superb. The place was quiet and serene and that is the USP of the hotel. However, we booked a cottage. The room was unfortunately not very clean. The cleaning part could have been better. The food was just ok. However the location made up for the other things.
