Location is good nearby bus stand. Food was good, amenities in room was average, services was good. Swimming pool is also available and working. Budget to stay here.

Poor Stay

Basic amenities were missing in hotel. Intercom was not working. Ordered food took ages to come to room and was cold when arrived. Breakfast served was also average. Rooms were tidy. Overall a below average experience.

I recently stayed at redfox hotel by lemon tree hotels booked through makemytrip and had a fantastic experience. The booking process was smooth, and the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and service. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and i would highly recommend both makemytrip and redfox by lemon tree hotels for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience

It was a nice stay, easily accessible and beautifully designed. Although there might be a need to little renovation as the property is too old. Staff was extremely helpful. Though services were little slow but due to full capacity which is understandable. Food was very delicious.

Worst experience

Rooms were pathetic, there were not even basics amenities available in room like dental kit, bathroom slippers etc. When i first checked into room, there was water filled in liquid soap dispenser and when i left for some work and get back some room service guy entered into room without my knowledge or any complaint and he filled the same. They should have checked the room properly before allocating to guest. Further to add, when i left washroom after taking bath there was water overflown from washroom into entire room even when bathing door and washroom door was closed. Pathetic experience with red fox

It was a lovely place with supporting staff, good food and decent size rooms. Best part of the stay was their mindfulness on sustainability and the in-house fun amenities such as pool, carrom, table tennis etc along with swimming pool and gym.
