Staff is very less, only some man power at reception. Rooms updated and conditions of ac is poor. Room no 201 to 204 are better than other rooms. Staff insist and pressurising for off line booking.

Very bad experience. Specially restaurant staff is very rough. Please ch k and clear your restaurant bills properly 2 -3 hours before leaving, because they will fool you like anything. For us they charged for those things also which we ordered but they didn't gave, as the hotel service is very poor. Be careful.

Firstly the rooms are absolutely not per what is advertised. They are more on the dilapidated side and the rooms are filled with mosquitoes with no remorse. The main door as well as the washroom have a simple latch and nothing more on them which clearly compromises the security of the room. We had a terrible experience during the check-in where we were made to wait for approx. An hour due to a tariff change. However, due to the intervention of mm t representative mr. Jitendra singh, we were given a check-in

The hotel was not upto the mark from what it was advertised. The rooms were poorly maintained with the washroom were not only small but not clean as well and the fittings were broken inside it. There was a foul odour inside the room. Overall the hotel was not upto the mark.
