Stay was good, location is best adjacent to shopping mall, food at restaurant in hotel was good with multiple options, would definitely prefer again if have any future plan in bhopal

The reservation staff at reception was very slow. They kept us waiting for checkin for one about one hour, as they couldn’t understand calculations of tariffs. Regarding ambience, the furniture inside suite room was old pattern as well as broken and dust accumulated on it. Drinking water bottles were three months old dated. Regarding food, all the food in buffet was cold and non-veg items were tasteless

Terrible Stay

Service quality was terrible. We have to call 2-3 times at the service desk each time to get very essential things like water bottle, tea begs etc. At the time of checkout they send two girls to pickup the luggage. We have two kids and 4 big begs but in the end i have to help them out in luggage.

Location excellent food at breakfast was a wide spread. Breakfast service was very good how lounge service was appalling to say the least. I was denied marriott bonvoy points in-spite being a member because i did the booking through make my trip which i felt was not right.

Location is good, food is too spicy but good soread, services are average not good, i hardly stay for one hour in property and had a chance to take dinner, requested to carry forward my meals during my next visit which was denied, may be correct officially.

The location was the best part, as it was next to a mall, but without its chaos and mad rush, the other side of the property had the shaurya smarak which was greent and well kept, giving a soothing look from the room. The staff of marriott as usual were very warm and courteous. Really enjoyed our stay
