Bad experience the room was given wrong they have there own type of working and they were not comfortable with the requested things we have to shift into smaller room all though we have given the king size bedroom cost even the person which was talking to me was very rude and behavior is very bad he was not at all ready to treat as a guest

Housekeeping & room ambience was not up to the standard of sayaji. Provided towel was torn from sides with threads out, furniture of room was old & having stains of liquid.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

In spite of having booked the superior package for a junior suite, they gave me a small room. There was a smell in the room as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. The saving grace of the place is the food which is good.

Good property, and great food as our rooms include breakfast so we had a great breakfast. The room was average considering the price we had paid. We were expecting that based on the room price the hotel should have some amenities like a pool or any other activities.

When i asked for i d to be submitted for identity the lady from other sode beahved rudely and she said the adhaar id is mandatory for check in ; i said i have never seen this request before on any hotels that adhar is mandatory to stay in hotel ; she replied ruldy and disconeccred the call ; after that i contacted to mm t support team from other end mr. Pranav was there from mm t he resolved my issue with the effotel sayaji. 2nd issue when i checked in the effotel sayaji bhopal the room service staff didnt pit all the toiletries items like shaving kit and dental kit for 2 adults ; instead of it was only for 1 adult abd the room sleepers were not there so ill have to call front desk 2-3 times for every refills and items which not there at the time of chek in.

Good neat and clean . Food was excellent and served very well. Staff was great. Hotel transport was lacking.
