I booked hotel kamla regency by looking at good reviews but i was totally shocked after seeing the condition of property. It was not hygienic, none of charging socket was not working, dirty water was coming from bathroom tap, gyser was sometimes not working in 15 degree chilled weather. Only good thing was servents were helping in nature. Do not recommend for family

Excellent experience! the hotel was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient.

Nothing matches the picture, don't pit your money in this hotel. Believe me! there is not even a single room in this hotel which is worth the price. From dirty to false picture, everything is bad.

Room service is bad and ac is not working properly, basice things are chargeable like drinking water. Hotel poicy is trying to sell basic thing in higher price without any good services.

Staff was very unprofessional. Badsheet pillow cover and comforter was very dirty and stinky when i told to change it, they said we don't have any spare set of it. We can't change. Lift was not working when asked, they said ham-are yaha guest hi aise ate hai hum kaya kare. Price or tea and water bottle is very high no one came to clean the room. Worst stay very bad experience.

Although the location is good, but amenities and services are terrible 😔. No water bottle was provided with the room. Not even after complaining about this. AC was very noisy and working intermittently. Staff not supportive.
