Location is good but service is above average also not provided water bottles for mandatory they will take charges for water too

The room was all smelly. Ac was not working properly. Food was highly priced as compared to the quality and the place is full of mosquitos.

Hotel amer palace is situated at the centre of the market place and at a very good site. Parking is somewhat clumsy. Food is excellent. Following staff provided excellent services in their area like ajay and mites h, mithilesh from restaurant area, hemant from bakery, ragini madam and rajendra ji from reception, dharmendra from parking area guard, akhilesh dwivedi from housekeeping. So overall our stay at hotel amer palace was pleasant. I would like to rate 5 star to this day.

Worst hotel

It's a worst experience, i reached the hotel early in the morning 6 am, the receptionist told me my check-in time is 12pm till that time i have to wait because the room is not available. He said if i paid 2000 rs extra than he will arrange the room, on paying 2000 rs he arranged the room earlier which is not available.

Prime location and very convenient for getting transport. Amer palace as well known in the town the food at jharokha restaurant is sumptuous. However, the rooms are old fashioned, not well maintained. Service is lousy and some of the staff (not all) does not seems to be courteous and some are always bothering the guests for tips.

Worst standard rooms
