Didn't boarded the hotel, not a good atmosphere, strictly not for family. Never choose that hotel.

Very dirty hotel. Linen not changed for days. Very uncourteous staff. Quality of food is also not good. Dirty washrooms.

Hotel was average as per the ambiance of room. Room was too small and not looks good. Looks to old. Location was good. In the center of the city. Lift not working properly. I waste my 15 minutes to lock the room. But it was worth of what I paid.

Very close to Habibgunj and ISBT stations. Plenty of restaurants around. Hotel looks small and slightly run down but what they provide is good and value for money. Very cooperative staff and service. Restaurant on the first floor is decent and provide tasty food. I didn't try their complimentary breakfast as we had to leave early but they provided a tea and. Butter toast at 5am. Good gesture thanks. Thanks to MakeMyTrip for value offer. Hotel good for families too.
