Though the location of hotel is excellent and behaviour of staff was also good but bed was terrible. Could not sleep almost whole night as springs of bed were pinching back. Size of room was also very small.

Room is very congested as no space for air also. Cost is very high for this room 2200 for one day rent, toiletry is breaked, maximum electric sockets not working, light is also not good.

Not good for stay. Not worthy
We faced that they are not maintaining proper electric equipment. Like geyser and electric point. Hot water point was not working. Reception staff is also not cooperating with customer.

The room was shabbily maintained. The bathrooms floor is at least 10 inch higher than the room. Hence, difficult to climb for senior citizens. The toilet seat was defective.

Seapage in the room, traffic noise, street light disturbance. Booked supervisor room was provided inferior one but compensated on taking up the matter that spoiled the comfort.

Not at all Worth for even the least price

Worst service, cleanliness is not good. Food is below average. Just because it is in new market the entire staff takes you for granted. None of tv channels for entertainment are working and they keep dragging rather than resolving the issue. If offered even a free stay here then also its a big no. Location is not enough if you dont have basic ethics of being in service sector.
