Terrible Stay

How to share my feedback. The room, mattress, pillows were stinky. Even after service charge they don't give complimentary water bottle. No one responds to your call for room service. All i can say is that it was the worst check in i have ever made.

Worst rooms with very bad furniture and lock less bathroom with door which was not closing, room have mouse and other insects like cockroaches in the room bed sheet and quilt have holes in it no towels or napkins in the bath room

Supporting staff is not good, housekeeping service is poor, water geyser is not working for hot. I. M. Not satisfied dis hotel. Bcos i was not satisfied so after 3 hour's, i left hotel

This property is not value for money and they don’t have courtesy for guests and they try to loot from customers as much as they can highly recommend you to use another hotel in one word terrible

Each and every nobe of room is broken, bathroom flush is not working, sofa is broken. Room should have been ready. There were no towels, soap in the room. Handwash was empty. Had to run the work by mixing water in the shop at the bottom.

They asked me for extra money

I haven’t checked in there, because they asked me for extra fair for the same room and at your portal it’s already written that the amount is non refundable. I had to book another hotel that day & this is really terrible

The hotel is not flexible in providing early check in and late check out, even if the rooms are available and vacant unlike other city hotels. Lift problem and not worked at many occasions. Stay was overall okay except the above things i mentioned.
