Bathroom shower was not functioning properly, the tap water was continuously flowing during the shower. The staff who came to deliver food, just entered inside the room as soon as gate was opened, he should have asked or waited.

Night staff was rude and snatched keys from us, treated us like criminals.

Rooms were smaller than we expected but i guess we were paying the location taxes. Post the regular check in procedure we went to the room, the room assigned to us was smelling like cigerette so we asked for a change and they did oblige. After an hour of check-in we went out to meet our friends and relatives and came back at 11pm and asked for the room keys at the receptionist that we submitted (new room which was changed. While me and my wife were waiting for the elevator rest of the staff came down by the stairs and looked at us and gave us an expression "you guys! room here? no way" and asked if we have room here, if we did the checkin, one of the staff literally snatched/yeeted our room keys from our hands and gave it back to the reception. The catch here is the receptionist in the afternoon did not update this is the register or forgot, regardless, we had to defend ourselves like criminals that we did indeed checked it in the afternoon and we asked for a change of room and a new room was assigned. After hearing all this they said your room is different from they keys provided to you, upon which we said the whole story again and said it's not our mistake, our stuff is still there in the room, if you wanna verify please welcome. Staff should know how to behave, they're providing a service, if they had denied us entry in the afternoon that their right to denial of service, however they treated admitted customers like criminals. I am 30+ guy and my wife is 27 but we still look like college graduates/freshers so maybe that confusion because they don't allow unmarried couples.

The stay was excellent. The manager at the reception was so helpful and very courteous in hospitality of guest. I stayed there for one night and everything was up-to the mark. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at hotel jalsa for a night and my stay was comfortable there. Food and services all are good. I would recommend to go for this hotel if want to stay near mp nagar bhopal and even if you are visiting bhopal for some reasons. I also liked their food.
