Specious and clean room, supportive and soft spoken staff. But hot water was not available in the room.

Poor service, dirty room, towel, blanket. Air-conditioner was also not working properly.
The room was in very poor condition. Blanket, towel were dirty. When asked to change towel they provided another dirty towel. When asked to change blanket, they are providing blanket of another room. When asked the reason, it has been told that they do not keep spare blanket. Will never recommend for anybody and MakeMyTrip should also remove it from list.

The bulbs of the room were not working properly and we had to inform the manager several times to get it fixed. Such a casual behaviour is not at all accepted from their end. The hotel is average to stay for people.

Service was average to provided me at Hotel Rocha but .. There was no ventilation in. My. Room .. There should have one little window. And One worst experience there was no inside lock in my room however I managed but forgot to informe hotel manager ..

Location is best past. Rooms are having good space but cleanliness is only problem. Bed and floor was clean but rest everything needs regular dusting and cleaning. Staff is co operative in nature and helpful.

Facilities were good and satisfactory. Location was quite good in terms of distance from my place of purpose and also number of food stops. Overall it was pleasant staying there. Rooms are also well equipped.

Stay was not pleasant ... It included complimentary breakfast but staff was so rude and ignorant that I had to ask for 3 tyms for breakfast. In the end he brought some poha wrapped in a newspaper from a hawker down the street. It was pathetic experience ... Never suggest anyone to stay there

Rooms needs very much maintenance as it is very old hotel I think so damp in everywhere. Bathroom needs renovation. Service quality should be good but as it was my early check-in, they were very polite and gave access to my room early in the morning and their behavior is also very good.

Hotel was average room was not good for family. Hotel location was good near Bhopal railway station and bus stand .. Service of hotel is very poor, room was not good. Room cleanliness was not OK, overall hotel was average and value for money.

Had to leave the hotel after the first night because of bed bugs. The owner returned part of the booking amount and had told me that he has got it fixed. There is a lot of road noise also in the rooms and that disturbs a lot. Otherwise location is excellent, close to the bus stand and railway station. Service is good but there is no restaurant in the hotel. Hotel is under renovation.

Hotel is good as location wise near by bus stand and railway station .. But room is not good using portable tv in AC room ... AC is old model type ... Room telephone is not working ... Call bell not attentive each time calling with your own Mobile to their reception. After ringing bell wait for 15 to 20 min for service order. Then order delivered after 30 min. May be hotel is good but my trip is not good in this hotel.

Hotel is located near railway & Bus station, rooms are OK but not properly cleaned. They are not providing proper breakfast also. One should get a better deal & it is not value for money. If you are planning then better to go for other options

Good hotel nice room safe place vel furnished rooms. Nearest to Bhopal railway station, near to city market, veg non veg hotel available near to this. Staff is good very much helping nature, overall good. I like it.
