The location is good and the hospitality is nice. Wifi is not working and also there is no hot water for bathing. The room is clean and neat but the service is not upto the mark. Overall decent stay for day or two not longer.

Blanket and bad-sheets are very dirty, smelling like a dead rat, very difficult to sleep. Cleanineness is zero. Food was below average. I will never come again.

Full of foul smell from the toilet. Though they cleaned it after making a complaint, it wasn’t fit for stay. They denied to change the room. We were to leave early morning and requested during check-in itself for hot water. But, no hot water was available till we left the hotel at 6am.

They charged me rs. 600 for early checkin. Hotel rooms bit small. Rooms are clean. Basic things should be provided in bathroom like shampoo and bath soap. There should be some arrangement for drying clothes. Food is good and tasty.

Very poor room provided by us wastes of money very very poor room my totally money wasted not sleep whol night mosquito coming in room inside very poor quality of bed and blanket

Suite room but no tea coffee sachets. Pathetic bathroom. Staff was decent but housekeeping and service not up to the mark. Good only for its location very near bhopal junction from where train had to be boarded early the next day. Most hotels at least pack a fruit or a muffin, they only provided a sandwich. Improvement desirable.

I am very happy with mm t management. In the sangam hotel, i found almost everything was good. Like to aware some negative vibes which any one can ignore. 1) in restaurant, no diet facility for sick person. 2) toilet height is too high compare to room. Difficult for the female specially having knee problem. 3) no option to show the room selection. Intentionally back side room was allotted, though road side rooms were free till check out. 4) no break up bill was provided. Pushed from night to morning to check out time. Finally could not failed to provide. 5) reception guys needs proper training for handing software base computerised hotel management system.

hotel was average. not value for money at all. doesn't worth. breakfast menu was fixed. just paratha or idali or toast. in bhopal we have better options in this price. stay was disappointing in a sense.

Delighted to stay in this hotel, staff is excellent and so humble, cleanliness is very good and rooms are very well vantilated, big window and road side view and full of light.

I stay quite often at sangam ( official trips. Hotel is clean and breakfast is awesome. Only feedback is complimentary mineral water bottle to be incorporated.

At the time of check out we request to hotel staff for gst invoice but he told we not provide gst invoice for make my trip customer, it's provided by make my trip. After lot of request he not provided gst invoice.

The hotel was great. Overall experience was really good. The room was really tidy, bathroom was also really clean and tidy. The room service was great and they also helped with luggage. The view was great bedsheets were also clean. I liked thus hotel very much and will be choosing hotel sangam for my stay again in bhopal. 😁👌

Ac was not working in my room so i asked to change my room. After changing also that room ac was not good but it was better than earlier room. I think rooms are not worth money they take from customer.
